3- Suicide bomb blast
New Zealand was on a tour to Pakistan in 2002 when a suicide bomb blast happened outside the team hotel(i.e Sheraton Hotel) in coastal town of Karachi in Sindh province. 11 French Navy experts, two Pakistani civilians and New Zealand cricket team’s physiotherapist were killed in the attack.
The Black caps immediately cancelled the tour and called back its players back to the country.
