CLASH OF THE TITANS : India Open ready to experience Saina-Sindhu clash.

For all the ardent badminton fans out there, 31st march can turn out to be an amazing affair as two powerhouses of Indian badminton , Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu are ready to face each other in the quarter final of Yonex India Open taking place at Siri Fort complex in Delhi.

They both have faced each other once in the International circuit at Syed Modi Grand Prix in 2014, where Nehwal edged past Sindhu in straight games. These two have also faced each other at Indian Badminton League(IBL) and Premier Badminton League (PBL) where Saina have won 2 matches and Sindhu have managed to beat her once which was in this 2nd edition of PBL.

Sindhu’s game has been at a next level after her triumph as an Olympic silver medalist.She would like to turn on the records and make it 1-1 against 2012 Olympic bronze medalist. Her net dribbles and speed at the court could well be a difference between the two when they face each other…

On the other hand, the experienced Saina Nehwal would look to make it 2-0 against Sindhu , she would look to dominate through her lethal body smashes and controlled play…

Whatever the result would be , it would turn out to be a cracking affair and one can expect some firepower shots from the two Indians . It could well be an encounter between “Experience” and “Aggression” . The jam packed Siri Fort complex would be desperately waiting to cheer for the two champion players the nation has ever produced.
