India's full schedule at FIH Pro League 2020

India will be eyeing a berth in the 2020 Olympics as they face a tough Netherlands in their FIH Pro League 2020 opener. India will host the Dutch team at home on 19 and 20 January, 2019.

The Indian team will play eight matches at home and six of them in January-February and two in May. The Manpreet Singh led side opted out of the league in the first season, stating confusion about how Pro League participation could impact their chances of qualification for the 2020 Olympics, and how it could impact world rankings.

After this, the men in blue will play world champions Belgium on February 8 and 9. The remaining two home matches will be played against Australia on 22 and 23 February. This is followed by matches in Germany on 25 and 26 April and in Britain on 2 and 3 May.

 

India will have matches against New Zealand on 23 and 24 May. The team will next travel to Argentina on June 5 and 6 to play the home team. The Graham Reid coached team will play Spain on June 13 and 14 in the last leg of the Pro League Round Robin match.
