Ravindra Jadeja provides the right balance to the team with his all-round abilities and extra athletic precision on the field. He will continue to lead the spin attack alongside Yuzvendra Chahal who turned the tables by picking 6 wickets in the last ODI against Australia.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar handled the responsibility of picking wickets in the start and bowling economical spells in the death in the Australia ODI series. He will be accompanied by Mohammed Shami as his other fast bowling partner.

The five match ODI series against New Zealand start 23rd January in Napier.
