Michael Vaughan is one of those cricketers who is very active in social media and get involved in friendly yet interesting banters on social media, especially on twitter. The former England skipper was part of the commentary team for the starting two test matches before he flew back to home, predicting that Australia will win the series and India will repeat the history of losing the oversees tour.

India is currently 2-1 ahead in the four match test series against Australia and a mammoth target of 622/7 in the first innings of 4th test match sets it up nicely for an Indian victory or even a draw which ensures that India wins the test series.

Cheteshwar Pujara was the star for India in the innings as he scored 193 runs to take India to a commanding position. The hosts suffered a knockout punch by Rishabh Pant who was unbeaten on 159 runs and has took the cricketing world with surprise courtesy of his brilliant knock in Sydney.

Vaughan was mighty impressed with batting exploits of Pant and opined that the Roorkee born Delhi bound cricketer is the next superstar of world cricket. Vaughan went onto say that Pant possess skill,power & touch with added advantage of being good on stump microphone.

“So young .. But @RishabPant777 is Crickets next superstar .. So much skill,Power & touch .. & very good on the stump mic .. #AUSvIND,” Vaughan tweeted.
