The biggest event of the summers is just over a week away as the WWE Universe gears up for Summerslam which promises to bring biggest superstars of company on one stage. WWE has announced the first match of the kickoff show between the real life couple of Lana and Rusev versus Zelina Vega and Andrade Almas in a mixed tag team match. It is worth noticing that the “WWE Universe” will kickstart the show with chants of “Happy Rusev Day”.

There was only one tag team match lined up for the event but the company have got the tag team division covered by introducing this much hyped match. Aiden English is expected to play his part in the match as he has been recently put up in a troubled character that plays the part in Rusev or Lana’s defeat in SmackDown Live.
The last time
The last a mixed tag team match took place was the debut of Ronda Rousey teaming up with Kurt Angle to take on Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at Wrestlemania. The match saw huge viewership on Youtube and also on the television. It will interesting to see if a mixed tag team match can set it up nicely for the main event at Summerslam.
