Most successful cricket team in 2019 in ODIs, T20s and Tests

Team India ended the year 2019 by defeating West Indies 2–1 in a three-match one-day series. The Indian team won the most number of matches (i.e 35) by combining all three formats in the year 2019. This also means that for the fourth consecutive year, Team India topped the table with respect to the most number of wins in the calendar year

This year the men in blue won seven Tests, 19 One-Day and nine T20 matches. Australia takes the second spot with 30 wins. When talking about the highest run scorer of the year, Indian captain Virat Kohli tops the list with 2455 runs.

Indian limited overs vice captain Rohit Sharma is second in the list with 2442 runs in international cricket this year. Talking about test cricket, India proved why they are the number one side by not losing a single red ball match.

Team India is also the top team in ODIs this year with 19 victories in 28 matches. Australia emerged victorious in 16 games, world champions England was victorious on 14 occasions, World Cup runner ups New Zealand on 13 occasions, South Africa on 11 occasions, while West Indies on 10 occasions.
