India is yet to find a quality fast bowling all-rounder in the side since the departure of the great “Kapil Dev”. Several player like Irfan Pathan came to the ranks but failed to make the opportunity count as his form dipped with growing age. India later got a gem in Hardik Pandya when he made his India debut during T20 series of Australia in early 2016. The Baroda all-rounder has kept improving since then and is allready an asset to the Indian team.

Cricket pundits have often drawn his comparison with Kapil Dev and feel that the 24-year-old is probably the best Indian all-rounder in the recent while.

Hardik, who was ousted from the Asia Cup following an injury, interacted with the fans on social media and named the best Indian all-rounder of all time.

Best Indian all-rounder

Hardik picked India’s 1983 world cup hero Kapil Dev as his choice.

“Definitely Kapil Dev. He is favorite of people and mine as well,”he said in the video message.
