Indian star boxer Vijender Singh is set to enter the ring in his next professional bout on November 22 against former two-time Commonwealth Super Middleweight Champion Charles Adamu of Ghana. The 34-year-old Vijender made his US debut in July this year, defeating Mike Snyder for his 11th consecutive win.
The Bhiwani lad will now face the challenge of Charles in a ten round match. The Ghana boxer enjoys a professional record of 33 wins in 47 bouts, 26 of which are knockouts.
WBO Asia Pacific and Oriental Super Middleweight Champion Vijender said, “After two months of rigorous practice, I am now fully ready to start with victory. For me, this match will be like preparing for next year’s world title match. There is no doubt that Charles is an experienced and tough opponent. ‘
