2018 Asia Cup qualifier- Schedules, Fixtures and Venue announced

The 2018 Asia Cup qualifier is all set to roll from August 29 to September 6. The tournament will determine the sixth qualifying team for the Asia Cup 2018 which allready features Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka.

The qualification event will feature hosts Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Hong Kong, Singapore and United Arab Emirates (UAE). The matches will be played across three venues- Kinrara Oval, Bayuemas Oval and UKM Oval.

The Asian Cricket Council(ACC) has announced the schedule of the tournament in which every team will play each other in a round-robin format. The top two teams from the round-robin stage will go on to play the finals on September 6 at the Kinrara Oval.

August 29

Malaysia vs Hong Kong- Kinrara Oval

Nepal vs Oman- Bayuemas Oval

UAE vs Singapore- UKM Oval

August 30

UAE vs Nepal- Kinrara Oval

Hong Kong vs Singapore- Bayuemas Oval

Malaysia vs Oman- UKM Oval

August 31 – Rest Day

September 1

Oman vs Singapore- Kinrara Oval

Malaysia vs Nepal- Bayuemas Oval

UAE vs Hong Kong- UKM Oval

September 2

Hong Kong vs Oman- Kinrara Oval

Malaysia vs UAE- Bayuemas Oval

Nepal vs Singapore- UKM Oval

September 3 – Rest Day

September 4

Malaysia vs Singapore- Kinrara Oval

UAE vs Oman- Bayuemas Oval

Nepal vs Hong Kong- UKM Oval

September 5 – Rest Day

September 6

FINAL: TBC vs TBC- Kinrara Oval

2018 Asia Cup is scheduled to be held in UAE from September 15-28.
