13:) Mohammad Asif 

Asif impressed one and all with his first class performance and made his test debut in January 2005 against Australia.He played 22 tests and 38 ODIs for Pakistan and took 105 and 46 wickets respectively. Asif bowled no-balls against England in August 2010. In November 2011 he was sentenced to 12 months in prison by Southwark Crown Court, England, for conspiracy to cheat at gambling and conspiracy to accept corrupt payments with a ban of 7 years from cricket.

14:) Salman Butt

Salman played as an opener for Pakistan and also captained the national side in test matches . He appeared in 33 tests and 78 ODIs scoring 1,889 and 2,752 runs respectively. On 29 August 2010, he was implicated in allegations of cricket match fixing. On 31 August 2010, he was stripped of the Pakistan captaincy, and removed from the ODI Squad pending criminal proceedings. He was banned from playing cricket for ten years, of which five years was a suspended sentence. In November 2011, he was convicted and jailed for 30 months for conspiracy charges relating to the spot-fixing

15:) Danish Kaneria

Kaneria was the second hindu player to represent Pakistan at the international level.He was a right arm leg spinner and played from 2000 – 2010, appearing in 61 tests and 18 ODIs picking up 261 and 15 wickets respectively. Arrested in 2010 by police investigating “match irregularities” whilst playing in for Essex, but was cleared of allegations. However, he was found guilty by an England and Wales Cricket Board disciplinary panel and banned for life, a decision which the Pakistan Cricket Board agree to abide to. Kaneria appealed the decision in 2013 but the ban was upheld.

16:) Shanthakumaran Sreesanth

Sreesanth was a right hand medium fast bowler who was part of World cup winning Indian squad of 2011. This cricketer from Kerala featured in 27 tests and 53 ODIs picking up 87 and 75 wickets respectively. He gave 14 runs in an over as planned in an IPL match for Rajasthan Royals against Kings XI Punjab on 9 May 2013. Sreesanth was arrested on 16 May 2013 for accepting money from bookies to underperform, but was released on bail a month later. He has received a life ban from BCCI post his fixing allegations.

17:) Mohammad Ashraful

Ashraful is the 2nd highest scorer for Bangladesh in Tests and ODIs . He has featured in 61 tests and 177  ODIs scoring 2,737 and 3,468 runs respectively.He was found guilty of fixing allegations in 2013 season of Bangladesh Premier League and got banned for 8 years with 3 years of suspension.
