Pro Tennis League 2022: Squads, schedule, live streaming and TV broadcasters, player list, points format

After smashing success in the past three season where Indian tennis fans saw exhibition of some of the great tennis action unfold, they will now be treated for the fourth season of the Pro Tennis League 2022. The league commences from 1 December and will continue till 5th December 2022, with 5th December being the reserve day of the tournament. RK Khanna Tennis Stadium in New Delhi will be the host of all the matches.

A team will consist three senior men’s players and one senior women’s player. Each team at Pro Tennis League 2022 will also have one upcoming men’s player, one upcoming women’s player, one senior professional, and one wild card senior professional.

Unlike the previous years, eight team namely- Bengaluru Challengers, DMG Delhi Crusaders, Gurgaon Sapphires, Jodhpur Sankara, Lucknow Aviators, Meerut Stag Babolat Yoddhas, ProVeri Supersmashers and Paramount Proec Tigers will compete for the coveted titles and they will be divided in two pools.

Pool A – DMG Delhi Crusaders, Lucknow Aviators, Pro Veri Supersmashers, Gurgaon Smashers

Pool B – Sankara, Bangalore Challengers, Paramount Tigers, Stag Babolat Yoddhas

Points format

Men’s Singles 1 – 20 points
Men’s doubles 1 – 20 points
NextGen Women’s singles – 15 points
Women’s singles – 20 points
Women’s doubles – 15 points
Mixed doubles – 15 points
Men’s doubles 2 – 20 points
Men’s singles 2 – 30 points
Men’s doubles 3 – 30 points

A single match consists of a total of 185 points and the winner is decided by the points difference.

Live streaming and TV broadcasters list

Live streaming of Pro Tennis League 2022 will be available on Sportzworkz YouTube channel. There will be no official TV broadcast available in India and around the globe.
