The veteran of 350 ODIs was expected to retire but reports suggest that he postponed his plans on the advice of Virat Kohli.

He was spotted playing the cue sports alongside Baharagora MLA Kunal Sarangi at the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA). MS Dhoni also met the Basu Da, who is one of the most experienced pitch curators in the country and posed for pictures with him.
