IPL 2020: Betting odds of which team will finish in top four and bottom of the table

Betting is an illegal trade in India but one would agree that many of the countrymen indulge themselves in betting during time of IPL. Betting may be fruitful for some but can be a disaster to many if they fail to win. Police has been raiding the residence of many betters which has given rise to the online culture of betting in India.

Betting odds shape the story for the betters and it becomes a lot easy for putting their money on which respective team. Unsurprisingly, Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad are right up there at the top of the betting as favourites and it’s not rocket science as to why that is.

Betting odds state that these three teams can finish in the top three and one of them can go onto become the champion. Chennai Super Kings middle order woes can be a problem in the absence of veteran Suresh Raina, but the experience in their side speaks volume and they will be one of the strong contenders yet again.

Mumbai Indians are a team which boast some of the fine pinch hitters and attacking batters combined with some world class bowlers. If they can solve the problem of having plenty, they will be up there with a chance to win their 5th title and 2nd in a row.

Sunrisers Hyderabad is a team like New Zealand in ICC tournaments. Blackcaps silently reach the semifinal or final stage of an ICC tournament with ease without creating much hype and SRH is no different. The team has an experienced captain in David Warner who can be expressive with the bat in the top order. A mix of youth and experience makes this side lethal and they will be a force to reckon with in the ongoing season.

Betting odds also state that a dynamic Delhi Capitals can finish at the number fourth spot to play in their second consecutive playoff. Delhi have some good hitters in Shikhar Dhawan, Shimron Hetmyer and others with a decent bowling lineup consisting of Kagiso Rabada and R Ashwin.

Betting odds also reveal that Kings XI Punjab can finish at the bottom of the table but if one wants to be more braver, they can pick Royal Challengers Bangalore at higher odds.
